Delete Your PlayGoOn Account

You can request deletion of your PlayGoOn account from the mobile app. Account access cannot be restored after the deletion process completes. PlayGoOn does not currently offer a web account-deletion control.

Delete your account in the app

1. Open PlayGoOn and sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Open Settings.
3. Select the account-deletion option and follow the confirmation steps.

Completed account deletion cannot be undone.

What happens to your data

Account deletion removes substantial account-linked data from active systems, but it does not currently prove complete or immediate deletion from backups, historical records, or every Club-membership record. Shared messages, games, groups, tournament results, moderation records, or records reasonably needed for legal obligations, fraud prevention, safety, dispute resolution, or enforcement may remain, be detached from the deleted account, or be anonymized where appropriate.
