PlayGoOn exists to help adults find people and places to play sports. These Guidelines become effective on the publication date shown above and apply to profiles, games, groups, tournaments, Club and Trainer listings and applications, messages, photos, reviews, and in-person conduct connected to the Service. They supplement the Terms of Service and should be read with the Privacy Policy and Participant Risk Acknowledgment and Liability Waiver.

These conduct requirements apply whenever a person uses the Service. When PlayGoOn presents these Guidelines for a feature or role, every player, Trainer, and Club representative must separately accept the version presented for that feature or role.

1. Put safety first

• Do not threaten, intimidate, stalk, assault, sexually harass, or endanger anyone.
• Do not pressure anyone to share a phone number, address, live location, financial information, government-issued identification, or intimate content.
• Do not bring weapons or illegal substances to an Activity.
• Follow applicable organizer and facility rules, weather closures, emergency instructions, and reasonable safety requirements.
• Do not participate while dangerously impaired.
• Report emergencies to local emergency services, not only to PlayGoOn.

PlayGoOn is a technology platform. It is not the Activity organizer, Trainer, facility operator, medical provider, or safety supervisor unless a specific written statement says otherwise. Clubs, Trainers, organizers, and participants remain responsible for Activity safety and their respective obligations.

2. Treat people with respect

No hate speech, dehumanizing content, unlawful discrimination, bullying, repeated unwanted contact, humiliation, or targeted abuse. Competitive disagreement is not permission for personal attacks or retaliation.

Respect boundaries. A match, message, invitation, coaching relationship, or shared Activity does not imply romantic or sexual consent.

3. Be authentic and accurate

Use truthful identity and profile information. Do not impersonate someone, fabricate credentials, misstate skill level to manipulate access, falsely claim to represent a Club, create a fake Activity, manipulate reviews, conduct a scam, or conceal a material conflict of interest.

Trainers and Clubs must keep qualifications, insurance claims, availability, prices, facility details, and booking information accurate and current.

4. Trainer applications and coaching conduct

Every Trainer applicant must submit at least one authentic qualification document, and Trainer approval requires PlayGoOn to accept at least one qualification document. Formal certification is optional, but an applicant who claims a certification must submit evidence supporting that claim. Initial-beta Trainer onboarding does not request or collect government-issued identity documents.

Applicants and Trainers must not submit, display, or rely on evidence or claims that are falsified, materially altered, stolen, expired without disclosure, issued to someone else, or otherwise misleading. They must not misstate qualifications, certification status, issuing organizations, dates, credential restrictions, insurance, experience, services, or authority to coach.

Trainers must:

• coach only within the scope of their qualifications and applicable legal authority;
• provide accurate services, prices, availability, locations, prerequisites, safety information, and cancellation terms;
• treat players professionally and avoid harassment, discrimination, retaliation, exploitation, sexual misconduct, coercion, and boundary violations;
• protect player contact, location, health, payment, and other private information obtained through the Service;
• avoid pressuring players to communicate, pay, meet, or share information outside the methods they freely choose;
• follow applicable facility, safety, emergency, insurance, licensing, tax, and recordkeeping requirements; and
• promptly correct or disclose expired, suspended, revoked, restricted, or materially changed credentials and other qualification claims.

Application review considers the information and evidence made available for the application under the criteria applicable to that review. An accepted qualification document means only that PlayGoOn accepted that document for the application review. An approval, Trainer profile, badge, or credential notation means only that PlayGoOn approved or displayed the corresponding application, capability, or information under the criteria applicable at that time. None is a guarantee of identity, background, competence, safety, insurance, legal compliance, or future conduct. PlayGoOn does not perform criminal background checks or continuous background monitoring for the initial beta. Players must use independent judgment before hiring, meeting, or relying on a Trainer.

5. Create legitimate, well-described activities

Activity organizers should provide accurate time, place, sport, format, skill expectation, capacity, cost charged outside PlayGoOn, equipment, cancellation rule, and material accessibility or safety information.

Do not use PlayGoOn for unlawful gambling, match fixing, scams, pyramid schemes, unrelated solicitation, prohibited commercial activity, or the sale or distribution of controlled substances, weapons, counterfeit goods, or unlawful services. PlayGoOn does not process Activity payments.

6. Protect privacy

Do not post another person’s private contact information, home address, government-issued identification, medical details, private messages, or precise live location without permission. Do not record or photograph people where prohibited or after they object.

Information obtained through the Service may not be scraped, sold, used for surveillance, or added to unrelated marketing lists.

7. Adults only; no sexual exploitation

The Service is strictly for adults age 18 and older. Minor accounts and youth participation are not supported in this release. Users may not create accounts for minors, invite minors to participate through the Service, or use PlayGoOn to operate a youth program.

Sexual exploitation, nonconsensual intimate content, grooming behavior, trafficking, and any sexual content involving a minor are prohibited and may be reported to authorities.

8. Respect intellectual property

Post only content you own or may use. Do not copy Club logos, photos, videos, biographies, or other content without authorization. Give accurate attribution where required. Copyright concerns may be sent to support@playgoon.com.

9. Keep the platform secure

Do not share passwords, evade suspensions, probe systems, distribute malware, spam users, automate abusive activity, manipulate rankings, or exploit a vulnerability. Report suspected vulnerabilities to support@playgoon.com and do not access data beyond what is necessary to demonstrate the issue.

10. Reviews and feedback

Reviews must reflect a genuine experience and focus on relevant facts. Do not offer or accept compensation for deceptive reviews, coordinate review manipulation, threaten negative reviews for leverage, or disclose private information.

11. Reporting, enforcement, and appeals

Use available in-product reporting or contact support@playgoon.com for non-emergency safety concerns. Preserve relevant details but do not conduct your own surveillance or confrontation.

PlayGoOn does not continuously monitor every Activity, user, or communication, does not provide emergency services, and cannot guarantee that it will detect or prevent misconduct. Reports and other available information may be reviewed when PlayGoOn investigates a concern.

Depending on the circumstances and available information, PlayGoOn may remove content, reduce visibility, restrict features, cancel listings or Activities, remove badges or credential notations, require more information, suspend or terminate accounts, or refer serious matters to facilities, providers, or authorities. PlayGoOn does not promise that every report will result in a particular action or that an action will occur within a particular time. Enforcement decisions may consider severity, context, evidence, history, intent, risk, and applicable law.

Notice, suspension, termination, and any opportunity to cure are governed by the Terms. PlayGoOn may act immediately when the Terms permit, including for credible safety, fraud, illegal-conduct, harassment, cybersecurity, or other serious risks.

Good-faith reports are protected. Knowingly false, retaliatory, or abusive reports violate these Guidelines. Appeals may be sent to support@playgoon.com.

When you accept these Guidelines, PlayGoOn records your account ID, role or context, document ID and version, effective date, time of acceptance, explicit action, application version, and applicable superseded or withdrawn status. The Privacy Policy describes retention and related processing.
